Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you send a contact form, create an account, or request a service, we collect the details you submit. That can include your name, phone number, email address, site address, and a description of the work.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and arrange visits.
• To prepare quotes, invoices, and job records.
• To keep your account and order history available to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as needed to complete the work, meet accounting duties, and handle later questions about the same job. You can ask us to review or delete information that we no longer need for those purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with people who need them to deliver the requested work, or where the law requires it.

Questions about this page can be sent from the contact form or by email at info@smarthometime.com.
