1. PURPOSE
SmartHomeTime.com operates as both a service provider and a platform connecting customers with qualified electrical contractors, smart home specialists, solar installers, EV charger installers, and other technical service providers.
This Policy explains how projects may be assigned to partner companies and independent contractors.
2. ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECTS
SmartHomeTime reserves the right to:
• Perform services directly
• Assign projects to approved contractors
• Refer projects to specialist partner companies
• Engage subcontractors where appropriate
Assignment decisions are based on location, availability, expertise, project scope, and technical requirements.
3. APPROVED PARTNERS
Partner companies may include:
• Electrical contractors

• KNX integrators

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK
Where work is carried out by a partner contractor:

5. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information necessary for providing quotations, site visits, scheduling, project management, and service delivery may be shared with approved contractors.

Each contractor remains independently responsible for:
• Workmanship
• Safety compliance
• Insurance obligations
• Legal compliance
• Site activities
